I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, close to markets and attractions but away from the noise. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and right next to the pool, which was great for my kids. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff. The dining experience was good, with a variety of choices. Overall, a great value for a family getaway.
The hotel is slightly off the main busy street but still within walking distance to cafes and Ubud Palace. The rooms were very clean, new, and modern with enough space, filled with all basic amenities, and had a personally addressed note from the hotel manager welcoming us. The air conditioning was always on and easy to adjust, providing a refreshing cold air essential for the humid rainforest climate of Ubud, although there wasn't a lot of natural light or a view, just a small garden and a wall opposite the window.
The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Ubud, making it convenient to explore the area on foot. The rooms were immaculately clean and filled with all essential amenities, including a lovely personal note from the manager. The staff went above and beyond with their exceptional kindness and helpfulness, making our stay truly memorable. The dining options were impressive, offering a good variety that catered to different dietary needs.
My stay at this hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were very clean and spacious, but there was an issue with a loud squeaky wheel waking me up early one morning. The service was top-notch, with staff assisting us seamlessly and being very polite and helpful. The location is convenient for shopping and dining, but can get a bit noisy. The dining experience was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options, though I missed out on the omelette a couple of mornings. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor hiccups.
